Carolyn's first impression was very positive. She was always pleasant, professional, punctual for showings, and easy to work with.

As our home search continued, however, I felt she just wasn't the right fit for us. While we appreciated her professionalism, I never got the sense of urgency or strong advocacy that I was looking for in a realtor during such an important purchase. I also felt her general knowledge of homes and the buying process wasn't as strong as I had hoped, which left me lacking confidence as we continued our search.

Ultimately, I decided to go in another direction because I felt Carolyn wasn't hitting the mark for what I needed.

Carolyn is a genuinely kind and courteous person, and I wish her nothing but the best. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I don't feel I can recommend her to others looking for a realtor who takes a more proactive and knowledgeable approach.
